c) Settings in channel menu 1 and 2
The system menu is initially displayed when you access the menu. Briefly press button “1” to switch to channel
menu 1. Use button “3” to access channel menu 2. Press button “2” to revert to the system menu.
Channel menu 1 lists the settings for the left connection (6) on the soldering station. Channel menu 2 lists
the settings for the right connection (7).
Use the “
” or “
” buttons to select the desired menu option (see following table).
Briefly press the “MENU/ENTER” button to access the selected option, and then use the “
” or “
” buttons to
change the setting. Briefly press the “MENU/ENTER” button to exit the setting.
If no button is pressed for several seconds, the settings will be saved and the display will automatically exit the system/
functions menu.
The following options are available in the channel menu (a separate setting is possible for each channel):

Reduced temperature for standby mode
Standby Delay
Set a timer, after which the temperature of the soldering tip will drop to the reduced
temperature.
Shutdown Delay
Set a timer, after which the heating function will be disabled.

Preset temperature for quick selection button “1”
Shortcut Temp 2
Preset temperature for quick selection button “2”

“Temp Offset”
The temperature of the soldering iron and the soldering tweezers is monitored via a sensor. However, the actual
temperature may vary due to external factors and component tolerances. To account for this difference, you can use
the temperature offset function to adjust the temperature accordingly.
The possible offset range is -50....+50 °C.
A positive offset value increases the temperature; a negative value decreases the temperature.
“Standby Temp”
The soldering station reduces the temperature to this value after a preset duration (see description for next menu
option). This helps to save energy and prolong the lifespan of the soldering tip.
