1 Intended use
The product is a general-purpose trestle that folds away for storage and transport.
There are two 45 x 90 mm (2” x 4”) wood plank slots. These are used to join support arms
when pairing with a second unit.
This product is not intended for commercial use.
Important:
Do not overload. Maximum capacity is 300 kg.
If you use the product for purposes other than those described, the product may be dam-
aged.
Improper use can result in hazards.
The product complies with the statutory national and European requirements.
For safety and approval purposes, you must not rebuild and/or modify the product.
Read the operating instructions carefully and store them in a safe place. Make this product
available to third parties only together with the operating instructions.

5 Safety instructions

5.1 General

The product is not a toy. Keep it out of the reach of children and pets.

Do not leave packaging material lying around carelessly. This may become dangerous
playing material for children.

If you have questions which remain unanswered by this information product, contact our
technical support service or other technical personnel.
■
Maintenance, modifications and repairs must only be completed by a technician or an
authorised repair centre.
5.2 Handling
■
Handle the product carefully. Jolts, impacts or a fall even from a low height can damage
the product.
5.3 Operating environment
■
Do not place the product under any mechanical stress.
■
Protect the appliance from extreme temperatures, strong jolts, and solvents.
■
Protect the product from high humidity and moisture.
■
Protect the product from direct sunlight.
5.4 Operation
■
Consult an expert when in doubt about the operation, safety or connection of the
product.
■
If it is no longer possible to operate the product safely, take it out of operation and pro-
tect it from any accidental use. DO NOT attempt to repair the product yourself. Safe op-
eration can no longer be guaranteed if the product:
– is visibly damaged,
– is no longer working properly,
– has been stored for extended periods in poor ambient conditions or
– has been subjected to any serious transport-related stresses.
5.5 Product

Never exceed the maximum load capacity.
■
Only use on firm, dry, solid, and level ground.
■
Do not place any load that protrudes sideways.
■
Do not use this all-purpose trestle as a scaffolding trestle.
■
Check that any securing and/or adjusting devices are correctly seated.
■
If the securing or adjusting device is damaged or any welds are damaged do not use this
product.
■
When moving the product, always use proper lifting technique to prevent personal injury.
■
Make sure the work area is well illuminated while using the product.
■
All loads must be distributed evenly on the top rail.
■
When all loads are distributed evenly on the top rail, the amount of weight that can be
applied to 2x identical trestles is double the maximum load capacity of 1x trestle.
6 Setup
Make sure all parts are fully extended and locked in place before applying any
loads.

Legs adjust in small increments.
- Extend: pull legs down until the latch locks
at the desired position.
- Retract: press the switch to unlock, extend
legs slightly then retract.
When paired together with a second unit
and properly joined by 45 x 90 mm (2 x 4”)
wood planks in the support arms, a workt-
able can support up to double the load capa-
city of a single trestle.
How to close
■
To close, reverse steps 5 through 2, starting with leg 2.
■
Make sure the locking pin engages main housing to keep legs secure while in folded po-
sition.
