e) Use
• Unroll the cable completely before plugging it in.
• Connect the appliance to the mains.
• Assemble the sanding Sheet
• Turn the appliance on, by using the on/off switch (1).
• Place the appliance against the surface you want to work.
• Slowly move the appliance over the workpiece.
• Do not apply excessive pressure against the workpiece.
• Apply uniform sanding pressure against the workpiece to increase performance and working life of the sander and
the sanding sheet.

Once you have finished using the appliance
• Stop the appliance using the on/off switch (1).
• Unplug the appliance from the mains.
8. Troubleshooting
By purchasing this detail sander, you have acquired a product design to the state of the art and operationally reliable.
Nevertheless, problems or errors may occur.
The following contains description for the removal of possible interference.
Always observe all safety information in these operating instructions.
• Clean the appliance.
• If your sander will not operate, check the power at the mains plug.
• If the sander does not abrade surface, check the sanding paper. If the sanding paper has been worn, replace the
new paper and try again. The paper must be kept in a dry place, if it is allowed to become damp, the abrasive
particles will lose their adhesion to the backing paper and will not abrade.
• If the sander does not move smoothly, the sanding paper may be loose, damaged or wrinkled. Replace and try
again.

If a fault cannot be rectified return the sander to a qualified person for repair.
