Cw (clockwise) drives the disable input
terminal.Rstp on : cw drive allowed,
motor can be clockwise

Note 1: For mechanical overrun, when the switch is
off, the torque in the cw direction remains
at zero.
Note 2: This function can be masked by setting parameter
