Setting Illumination of Display and Cross Hairs
Setting ON/OFF/LEVEL (1 to 9) for illumination of display (LCD) and reticle.
Setting LEVEL (1 to 9) is only for reticle.
[Example setting] LEVEL:2 and turn on the illumination.
