HYDRAULIC JACKS
97X032, 97X033, 97X035,

WARNING:
This jack is designed only for lifting.
Place it on hard, level ground. Before starting to lift,
block the vehicle wheels and activate the parking
brake. Before proceeding with your work under the
lifted car, secure the vehicle with additional fixed
stands. Do not overload the jack with weight exce
-
eding its nominal lifting capacity. Ensure the jack is
in good technical condition before starting to lift. Do
not make any adjustments to safety valve.
LIFTING:
1. Close the release valve firmly by turning the valve
wheel clockwise with narrow end of the jack lever
(fig. 1).
2. Place the jack under the vehicle in appropriate spot
(refer to the user’s manual for information regarding
specific vehicle). When necessary, extend the jack
head screw by turning it counter-clockwise until
head comes into contact with the vehicle (fig. 2).
3. Put the jack lever into its socket. Pump with the lever
until the vehicle is lifted to desired height (fig. 3).
LOWERING:
WARNING:
LOWER VEHICLE SLOWLY!
TURN THE RELEASE VALVE WHEEL SLOWLY!
1. Remove the lever from its socket. Use the narrow end
to open the release valve (to do so, SLOWLY turn the
valve wheel counter-clockwise).

CAUTION:
DO NOT TURN THE RELEASE VALVE
WHEEL MORE THAN BY ONE (1) FULL TURN.
1. Once the vehicle has been lowered, remove the jack
from under it. (If the head screw is extended, screw it
back inside by turning it clockwise, so the jack can be
removed from under the vehicle.)

OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE
Filling with oil (fig. 4):
1. Put the jack in vertical position.
2. Move the pump piston to the extreme down position.
3. Remove the rubber plug from the jack casing.
4. Fill the jack with high quality hydraulic oil. (Fill oil up
to lower edge of the filler hole.) Remove air from the
jack as described below (in section “Removing air
form hydraulic system”).
