Intended use
This article serves as a bicycle luggage rack with
a maximum load capacity of 5kg for private use.
It is not suitable for the attachment of a child seat
or trailer.
Safety guidelines
Important: please read this user manual
thoroughly and keep it in a safe place!
Danger to life!
• Never leave children unsupervised with the
packaging material. This presents a danger of
suffocation.
• The product is not a climbing frame or a toy!
Make sure that people, especially children,
do not stand or climb on the product, as the
product may fall over.
Risk of injury!
• Ensure that the geometrical requirements and
the stability of the bicycle are compatible with
the requirements for the luggage rack.
The permitted total weight of the bicycle must
not be exceeded.
• Please note the maximum permitted load-
bearing capacity. If the weight limit is excee-
ded then this can result in damage to the pro-
duct and have a negative impact on the func-
tion.
• Do not carry out any structural or technical
modifications on the article.
• Before each use check the article for damage
or wear. Ensure that all screw connections are
tight before each use and tighten loose screw
connections as necessary. The article may
only be used when in perfect condition!
• The bicycle will handle differently when the
carrier is loaded (particularly when steering
and braking).
• Secure the luggage as shown. No straps
should hang down. They could get caught in
the rear wheel or front wheel.
• No reflectors or lamp should be covered.
• No Bowden cables should be bent or
trapped.
• Distribute the luggage evenly across both
sides of the luggage rack with a low load
area.
