CAUSES AND SOLUTIONS

Release valve is not completely closed.

Turn handle clockwise.
Air is in the hydraulics.

Purge air from system. Complete the airr purge procedure.
Low oil level.

Add oil as required.

Lubricate moving parts.
Power unit malfunctioning.

Replace the power unit.
