Other Configurations

Using a Fog Buster as a secondary coolant source requires removing the auxiliary solenoid from the MultiCoolant 

Module and installing it on the Fog Buster. In this configuration, power is supplied to the Fog Buster through the 

SmartCool’s Control Module.

1. 

Unplug Fog Buster.

2. 

Remove  solenoid  and  power  cord  from  Fog 

Buster (see 

Figure 29

) and set aside; keep for 

future use.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3. 

Remove auxiliary solenoid from MultiCoolant Module (see 

Figure 30

); set aside remaining parts from 

MultiCoolant Module and keep for future use.

4. 

Install MultiCoolant’s auxiliary solenoid in place of solenoid and power cord removed from Fog Buster in 

Step 2 (see 

Figure 31

).

5. 

Connect MultiCoolant Module to middle 3.5 mm jack on Control Module (see

 Figure 28

).
