Transport Wheels
Use the transport wheels to transport the machine a
shorter distance.
1.
Install the transport wheels; refer to
the Transport Wheels (page 22)

2.
Ensure that the traction and reel-drive controls
are in the N
EUTRAL
position.
3.
Start the machine; refer to
(page 17)

4.
Set the speed control to S
LOW
, tip the front of
the machine up, gradually engage the traction
drive, and slowly increase the machine speed.
5.
Adjust the speed control to operate the mower
at the desired ground speed and transport the
machine to the desired destination.
Transporting the Machine Using a
Trailer
Use a trailer to transport the machine a considerable
distance. Use caution while loading and unloading the
machine onto the trailer.
1.
Carefully drive the machine onto the trailer.
2.
Shut off the machine and engage the parking
brake.
3.
Use a full-width ramp for loading the machine
into a trailer or truck.
4.
Securely fasten the machine to the trailer.
