DRIVING THE VEHICLE
1. Release the parking brake.
2. Fully depress the clutch pedal.
3. Move the gear shift lever to 1st gear.
4. Release the clutch pedal smoothly while depress-
ing the accelerator pedal.
5. When the vehicle gains enough speed, remove
your foot from the accelerator pedal, fully
depress the clutch pedal, move gear shift lever to
the next gear and release the clutch pedal while
depressing the accelerator pedal. Repeat this
procedure until desired speed is attained. Stop
the vehicle before shifting to reverse and for-
ward.
Note:
Avoid long periods of engine idling.
Note:
Leaving the ignition switch in the “ON”
position for long periods of time without
running the engine will discharge the
battery.
IMPORTANT: Do not keep the front wheels
turned against the right or left stops for
longer than 5 seconds. The hydraulic pump
may over heat, resulting in pump or steering
gear damage.
6. Do not push or tow the vehicle to get it started.
Damage to the drive train could result.
STOPPING THE VEHICLE
