3. Filling the Engine with Oil

Your mower does not come with oil in the engine.

1. Remove the dipstick (Figure 8).

Slowly

pour oil into the oil fill tube until the oil level

reaches the Full line on the dipstick (Figure 8).

Do not

overfill.

(Max. fill: 20 oz. (0.59 l), type: SAE 30W

detergent oil with an API service classification of SF,
SG, SH, SJ, SL, or higher.)

3. Install the dipstick securely.

Important:

Change the engine oil after the first 5

operating hours; change it yearly thereafter. Refer
to Changing the Engine Oil.

4. Installing the Fuse

Model 20058 only

Your mower comes with a 40-amp fuse that protects the
electric starter.

Important:

You cannot start the mower with the

electric starter or charge the battery unless you install
the fuse.

1. Unclip both ends of the battery cover and remove it

(Figure 9).

2. Install the fuse in the fuse holder (Figure 10).
