Storage
1.
Shut off the engine and remove the key.
2.
Remove dirt and grime from the entire machine.
Important:
You can wash the machine with
mild detergent and water. Avoid excessive
use of water, especially near the control
panel, engine, hydraulic pumps, and motors.

Service the air cleaner; refer to

Grease the machine; refer to

5.
Charge the battery; refer to

6.
Check and adjust the track tension; refer to

7.
Check the coolant before winter storage; refer to

8.
Prepare the drilling-fluid pump for cold weather;

Cold Weather (page 95)

Check and tighten all bolts, nuts, and screws.
Repair or replace any part that is damaged.
10.
Paint all scratched or bare metal surfaces. Paint
is available from your Authorized Service Dealer.
11.
Store the machine in a clean, dry garage or
storage area. Remove the key from the switch
and keep it in a memorable place.
12.
Cover the machine to protect it and keep it clean.
