Extend the caster arms so that the caster wheel
are in the operating position.
2.
Secure the caster arms in place with the hitch
pins (5/8 x 3 inches), clevis pins (5/8 x 3.5
inches), and the hairpin cotters (0.094 x 1 inch)
as shown in
