Mount the registration light plate assembly to the rear
of the hood with (2) 5/16 x 3/4 inch flange-head
screws, 5/16 inch flange nuts, and the backing bracket
(Figure 2).
5.
Locate the bundle of wire secured to the existing light
kit wire harness.
6.
Route the harness to the plate light, and plug the bullet
connectors into the light.
Important:
Make sure that the wires are clear of
all hot, sharp, or moving components.
7.
Check the operation of the registration plate light. The
plate light should illuminate when the lights are turned
ON and the key is in the RUN position.
