Warning—read the instructions before servicing or performing maintenance; move the motion control levers to the brake position,
remove the ignition key and disconnect the spark plug wire.

Cutting/dismemberment hazard, mower blade; entanglement hazard, belt—do not open or remove safety shields while engine is
running.

Tipping hazard—do not mow up and down slopes, only mow across slopes less than 15 degrees, avoid sudden and sharp
turns while on slopes.

Loss of traction/control hazard, slopes—loss of traction/control on a slope, disengage the blade control switch (PTO), proceed
off the slope slowly.

Crushing/dismemberment hazard of bystanders, reversing; crushing/dismemberment hazard of bystanders—do not carry
passengers, look behind and down when reversing.
7.
Thrown object hazard—keep bystanders a safe distance from the machine, pick up debris before operating, keep deflector in place.
