Except  for  that  contemplated  in  this  warranty,  and 
subject  to  all  other  warranties,  Torrot  Electric,  its 
employees  and  agents  will  not  be  considered 
responsible  for  losses  or  damages,  of  whatever  sort 
(including  unforeseen  and  consequential  losses  or 
damages  caused  by  negligence  or  omission)  caused 
by or related to any Torrot Electric vehicle.
No other warranty, either express or implied, is made 
by  Torrot  Electric  Europa  S.L. All  implied  warranties, 
including  those  of  merchantability  and  fitness  for  a 
particular purpose, are limited in duration to that of the 
express warranties indicated above.
Any  claim  under  this  warranty  must  be  made  via  an 
authorised Torrot Electric dealer, directly online or via 
post to Torrot Electric Europa S.L. The original purchase 
invoice, which must contain the date of purchase and 
the  chassis  number,  is  required  to  process  a  claim 
under this warranty.
Any warranty claims made out of the country of purchase 
could be subject to additional restrictions and fees, and 
unless otherwise indicated they will be covered solely 
and  directly  by  the  importer  of  the  country  or  region 
outside of Spain.
The  duration  and  details  of  the  warranty  can  differ 
depending on the type of vehicle, battery and/or country. 
This warranty grants specific legal rights, however, you 
may have other rights depending on your location. This 
warranty does not affect the rights established by law.
These  warranty  conditions  are  applicable  as  of 
07/2016 for the following vehicle families: KIDS electric 
motorcycles  for  children,  CITYSURFER  electric 
bicycles and the MUVI electric scooter.

ANNEX/ES
ONLINE WARRANTY REGISTRATION

To validate and activate the warranty, the vehicle must 
be registered by the dealer or importer.

WARRANTY TRANSFER (ONLY MUVI)

The warranty transfer to the new user will be effective 
once they demonstrate the completion of the respective 
change  of  vehicle  ownership  in  accordance  with  the 
current laws of each country, subject to the manufacturer 
in Spain and the importer in all other countries.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Torrot Electric Europa S.L. requests that the user follow 
proper vehicle maintenance and use requirements so 
as to properly uphold any warranty claim. During the 
warranty  period  your  vehicle  must  only  be  serviced 
by Torrot Electric Europa, Torrot Electric Importers or 
authorised  official  dealers.  It  is  your  responsibility  to 
keep  your  vehicle  in  good  condition  and  not  subject 
it  to  stresses  beyond  those  of  normal  use.  During 
the  warranty  period,  all  compulsory  routine  technical 
inspections  indicated  in  the  owner's  manual  must  be 
carried out for all Torrot Electric vehicle models. Failure 
to do this will automatically invalidate the warranty.
On  purchasing  a  Torrot  Electric  vehicle,  the  owner 
understands  and  accepts  that  the  warranty  does  not 
cover repairs for damage resulting from improper use, 
abuse, accidents or negligence, nor does it cover units 
that present the following characteristics:

-Characteristics which have been altered with respect 
to their original configuration that is specified in the data 
sheet, manual or the www.torrot.com website.
-Vehicles that have been used for competition, meaning 
time trials, competing with another vehicle or any other 
abnormally demanding purpose.
-Vehicles  that  have  not  been  properly  maintained 
or  cleaned,  or  which  have  not  undergone  the 
corresponding  compulsory  routine  services  indicated 
in the owner's manual in accordance with each model.
-Vehicles  that  have  had  their  odometer  or  any  other 
electronic  component  (controller,  electronics...) 
tampered with.
-Those used as rental vehicles.
-Observe  the  maximum  authorised  load  weight  for 
each vehicle. This is indicated in the owner's manual 
and the technical characteristics in any online or offline 
catalogue of Torrot Electric Europa S.L. products.
-Parts  that  wear  out  due  to  normal  use  such  as: 
batteries, callipers and brake pads, final drive systems, 
tyres,  upholstery,  electrical  components,  suspension 
elements, etc.
-Electrical/electronic circuits that have had their original 
features modified, are not original, or are not expressly 
authorised by Torrot Electric Europa S.L.
-Batteries  that  have  been  charged  with  chargers  that 
are not official or unauthorised, and batteries that have 
suffered overcharging or uncontrolled charging.
