Using a mouse
Locating the serial port on the LAN Port Replicator

Turn on the computer.
Windows automatically detects the mouse.
Connecting a USB mouse (Windows 98 Second Edition)
You can connect a USB mouse to the USB port on the right side of
the computer while the computer is on.
To connect the mouse through the LAN Port Replicator:

Turn off the computer.

Attach the LAN Port Replicator to the computer. See
“Attaching the LAN Port Replicator” on page 103

Plug the mouse cable into the USB port on the LAN Port
Replicator.

Turn on the computer.
Windows automatically detects the mouse.
NOTE: Windows NT does not support Universal Serial Bus
(USB)
