Using PC Cards

Locate the appropriate PC Card release button on the front of
the computer. Slide the release button to the right.
The PC Card pops out about an inch.

Grasp the edges of the PC Card and carefully slide it out of the
slot.

Fit a spacekeeper insert into the PC Card slot to keep dust and
dirt out of the computer.

Hot swapping PC Cards
One of the great things about PC Cards is that you can replace one
PC Card with another while the computer is on. This is called “hot
swapping.
”
NOTE: Windows NT does not support hot swapping.
