User Notification LEDs
The following is a list of the user-notification LEDs and their function.
On when the UPS has normal AC input power that is within tolerance. If there is an input
power failure this LED is off. If there is no power failure and the input voltage is in an over-
voltage condition, the AC IN LED will flicker on and off rapidly (0.4 sec on and 0.4 sec off).
If there is no power failure and the input voltage is in an under-voltage condition the AC IN
LED will be off.
On when the UPS inverter is operating.
On when the UPS is in the static bypass mode.
On when the UPS is in the battery-discharge mode. If the battery is low during a battery
discharge, the BATT lamp will flicker on and off slowly (1.2 second on and 1.2 second off).
The BATT LED will go off if the battery voltage reaches the shutdown level during the
battery-discharge mode.
On when the UPS is experiencing a fault.

LED System Status
The following table shows the UPS system status that can be determined by decoding the on
and off condition of the LED lamps. It should be used in conjunction with the LCD display
(see Section 6.9) and the audible alarms (see Section 6.7) for total system monitoring.
