Figure A.1.2-3 illustrates an example of walking in place followed by standing on a
conductive floor with normal shoes and conductive shoes. Preventive measures
against static electricity using a conductive floor and conductive shoes are extremely
effective.
This method should therefore be used during site planning to prevent damage due to
static electricity caused by users or service personnel.
