53. WLAN Subnet Mask

When the Wireless LAN interface option is installed, this item will appear showing the manually specified

subnet mask of your printer.

The default value is “000.000.000.000.”

54. WLAN Gateway

When the Wireless LAN interface option is installed, this item will appear showing the manually specified

gateway of your printer.

The default value is “000.000.000.000.”

55. WLAN MAC Address

When the Wireless LAN interface option is installed, this item will appear showing the unique address

assigned to your printer that connects to the internet.

56. WLAN DHCP

When the Wireless LAN interface option is installed, this item will appear showing whether or not the

DHCP function is enabled.

When WLAN DHCP is enabled, it assigns an IP address to your printer automatically. The default setting

is OFF.

57. WLAN DHCP Host Name

When the Wireless LAN interface option is installed, this item will appear showing the name of a DHCP

client.

If you have specified a host name, it will show here.

58. WLAN Socket Port

When the Wireless LAN interface option is installed, this item will appear showing the socket number of

your printer.

59. ESS ID

When the Wireless LAN interface option is installed, this item will appear showing the network identifier

of your printer.

60. WLAN mode

When the Wireless LAN interface option is installed, this item will appear showing the type of network to

which your printer is connected. You can select “Infrastructure” or “Ad hoc”.

61. Network authentication

When the Wireless LAN interface option is installed, this item will appear showing the network

authentication method.

62. WEP encryption

When the Wireless LAN interface option is installed, this item will appear showing whether or not the

WEP encryption is enabled.

63. WEP default key

When the Wireless LAN interface option is installed, this item will appear showing the default key of
