Frequency is specified in Hex notation with a resolution of of 0.01 Hz per unit.
Example: Set the frequency to 60 Hz. With the incremental frequency of 0.01 Hz per unit, the
corresponding entry is calculated as:
60 Hz ÷ 0.01 Hz/unit = 6000 units, or 0x1770 (Hex).
