The Frequency reference is stored as a Hex number in unit increments of 0.01 Hz/unit.
For example, when Frequency reference is set to 80 Hz, it is converted as follows:
80 (Hz)/0.01 (Hz/unit) = 8000 (units) or 0x1F40 (Hex).
