paper-full detection sensor (S17)?

YES • Connect the connector securely.
• Reinstall the sensor correctly.
• Replace the sensor.

Is the harness between the movable tray paper-full detection sensor (S17) and the finisher
control PC board (CN13) disconnected or open circuited?

YES • Reconnect the connector securely.
• Replace the harness.

Replace the finisher control PC board.

Replace the sensor.
