Setting up Wake Up Setting
This section describes how to set network access during the Sleep mode.
Use this setting for cases such as when you want to recover this equipment from the Sleep mode by searching it over a
network.
[ARP], [SNMP for IPv4] and [Web Service for IPv4] are specified as a default. (Applicable model: e-STUDIO2323AM/
2823AM)
[ARP], [SNMP for IPv4], [LLTD] and [Web Service for IPv4] are specified as a default. (Applicable model: e-
STUDIO2822AM/2822AF/2329A/2829A)
The settings specified in [Wake Up Setting] take effect when performing “broadcasting”, where data are sent to an
unspecified number of MFPs, and “multicasting”, where data are sent to multiple specified MFPs. They do not take
effect when performing “unicast”, where data are sent to a specified address.
This setting can be enabled only when [Enable] is selected for the Sleep mode setting. If not selected, the Wake Up
setting is disabled because this equipment does not enter the Sleep mode.
