About MSN Hotmail
With MSN Hotmail on your smartphone, you have access to your Hotmail inbox even
when you’re mobile. Read, send, and reply to e-mail, and manage your folders. Mark
e-mail attachments for downloading so that you can view them.

Getting started with MSN Messenger
To use MSN Messenger, you need Microsoft Passport Network credentials. After
obtaining credentials, complete the following tasks:
1. Set up a connection with your phone, refer to Chapter-4 Getting connected, that
enables you to connect to the Internet.
2. Set up an MSN Messenger account. For more information, see Set Up an Account.
3. Sign in to MSN Messenger. For more information, see Sign In and Out.
To obtain a Passport, go to http://www.passport.com.
To create a Hotmail account, go to http://www.hotmail.com.
Sign in to Pocket MSN or Hotmail
The sign-in process helps to maintain secure access to your MSN Hotmail and MSN
Messenger accounts. Sign-in lasts for 24 hours, regardless of power or connection loss.
Just being signed in to Pocket MSN does not incur charges, but if you are also signed in
to Messenger, or if you are sending and receiving e-mail you can incur charges.
