Strata CT Configuration
1
This chapter contains information to help configure the Strata CT systems. A system
overview of CT components and the maximum station and line capacities available with each
system processor is provided.
System Overview
Strata Strata CT easily connects to
outside public telephone lines
(Exchange lines). All of the telephones
(stations) tied to the system can have
direct access to each other as well as to
the public network.
A modular design and a choice of four
processors, also called common control
units, enables the system to fit a variety
of customer needs and capacities.
The Strata CT can be configured as a
single cabinet system that provides
capacity of up to 64 Exchange lines and
stations combined, and can grow to a
five cabinet system that provides
capacity for up to 432 Exchange lines
and stations combined. (See
for details.)
The system line and station capacity
can be increased by adding additional
cabinets (
and
which have universal slots capable of
interfacing with most line, station, and
option interface PCBs available with
the system.
