1. From the Main Menu, 

press

 Play Messages.

A message plays.

Once you play a message, your voice mail system 
prompts you with the Play Messages Menu until you 
press 

9

 to exit the menu or you activate another 

selection.

While the message plays, 
you can select 

pause/

resume, 

turn up 

volume, 

turn down 

volume, 

back up 

(rewind), 

#

 

go forward 

(advance)

2. (Optional) While the 

message plays or 
immediately after, you 
can select 

one

 of the 

following:

Play the next message

Skips to the beginning of the next message.

Note

If you reach the end of your messages, pressing 

1

 takes you back to the top of the same queue.

Save the current 
message

Saves the current message. The Play Messages Menu 
plays.
