Optional PCMCIA Card
Removing an Optional PCMCIA Card
To remove an optional PCMCIA card from the T1960CS/T1960CT, follow the steps below
and refer to Figure 4-3.
1.
Turn off the power to the computer, and, if attached, disconnect the AC adapter,
power cord and all external cables connected to the computer.
2.
Remove the battery pack as described in Section 4.2.
3.
Open the
PCMCIA card slot cover
(located below the memory card slot), then
slide the
PCMCIA card sliding stopper
to the left.
4.
Use a coin or similar object to slide the PCMCIA card
release button
on the
bottom of the computer to pop the card slightly out.
5.
Grasp the card and pull it out.
