and women of all fitness levels,
will get you acquainted with your
new Total Gym
®
. You can view this
workout in its entirety as a work-
along program in your
Total Gym

Video.
Follow this guide as you work-
along or use it as a reference
when you can’t watch the workout.
This starter program has been designed as a circuit training
program to maximize cardio and strength training benefits. Start off
with 15 repetitions of each exercise, moving from one to the other
with little or no rest in between. If you find that 15 reps are too easy,
increase the incline level on your Total Gym
®
. If you are struggling
with 10-12 reps, then decrease your incline level.
