On the Configuration hub, click the Printer tab and find the Extended Features pod.

Select the feature you want to enable.

Click
, the enable icon.

You see a confirmation dialog that tells you what to do next. Depending on the feature, you might
have to restart the computer or enter a password.
5.
If you see a message with a system fingerprint for the Entitlement Management System (EMS):
1. Copy the fingerprint and click [[O
OK
K]].
2. Paste the fingerprint into the license key file.
Disabling Features
You must have service or dministrator access to disable an extended feature.
To disable a feature:
1.

A preset is a set of TotalFlow Print Server configuration information. Presets let you save the settings for
essential configuration items so that you can reuse them later without having to re-specify each item
individually.
Presets include the paper catalog, input tray information, and color management settings.
