Thank you for choosing a TOTO wood console and lavatory. Please read these important safeguards thoroughly
before using your lavatory and follow the precautionary instructions carefully. Call TOTO Tech Support at (888) 295-
8134, if you have any questions regarding installation, operation or repair.
• The following warnings are to prevent personal injury and/or property damage.
• After reading, please keep this manual in an easily accessable place for reference.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Ignoring the warnings that accompany these symbols
may cause personal injury and/or property damage.
• Do not sit or stand on the lavatory. Personal injury or damage to the product may result.
• Do not go under the lavatory. Personal injury may result.
• Do not forcefully push or kick the vanity. This may cause personal injury or damage to the product.
• Do not drop hard objects into the lavatory. This may cause damage or leaking to the product.
• When using hot water, do not touch the underside of the lavatory. Burns may result.
• Do not keep water in the lavatory if there is a possibility of the water freezing. This may cause damage or leaks in the
product.
• Do not directly expose the lavatory to hot air from a hair dryer. The may cause damage or warping to the product.
• Do not place a heater near the vanity. This may cause damage or warping to the product.
• If cracking occurs, discontinue use of the basin. Failure to do so may cause serious personal injury.
• Do not sprinkle water on the console. Damage or warping may occur to the product. If splashing does occur, wipe it
up with a dry cloth.
• Do not expose the vanity and basin to direct sunlight. Fading of the product may result.
• Avoid the sudden introduction of hot water to a cold basin. This may damage the lavatory.
• Do not clean the vanity & sink with detergent or solvents, which may damage the material.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
• Wipe off accumulated dirt with a damp cloth. Afterwards, wipe it using a cloth dampened with water and a neutral
(mild) detergent. Finally, dry it with a dry cloth.
• Avoid using abrasive cleaners or nylon scouring pads, solvents such as thinners or benzene, chlorine-or acid-based
detergents, or detergents intended for restrooms, baths, or tiles, as any of these may damage the surface.
• To prolong the beauty of your lavatory, polish the metal finish using a soft cloth and car wax or sewing machine oil,
taking care not to get the wax or oil on the wood or basin parts.
SAFETY CHECK
• As screws may become loose due to vibratiopns during use, please periodically check their tightness.
