4. Attach the wall bracket screws to completely secure the Ovation to the wall bracket.
Replacing the Lock for the Ovation
By default, locks for all TouchTunes Ovation jukeboxes are keyed exactly alike. You can replace
the pre-installed tubular cam lock in any TouchTunes jukebox with another lock that is keyed
differently. Replacing the lock in each jukebox improves onsite security and significantly reduces
the chance of someone breaking in to the Ovation.
The locks shipped with TouchTunes jukeboxes are tubular cam locks with dimensions shown in
the following diagram. Ensure any replacement locks have the same dimensions before
performing the following procedure.
Installing the Hard Drive
Before installing the hard drive, you should familiarize yourself with layout of the central
computer in your Ovation jukebox, called the Modular Jukebox System (or
MJS
). The MJS is a
specially designed computer mounted inside the Ovation that runs the jukebox. Like a regular
laptop or desktop computer, the MJS contains a power switch, a hard drive and USB connectors
for attaching peripherals.
Caution:
The Ovation jukebox is NOT secure until the wall bracket screws
are installed.
