Installing the Ovation Jukebox
4. Using your fingers, push in and then tighten the thumb screw on the hard drive enclosure
until the thumb screw is securely tightened.
Connecting the Ovation to the Telephone or Broadband Network
In this section, connect the Ovation to the telephone or broadband infrastructure in the location
so the jukebox can communicate with the TouchTunes server.
Accessing the cable channel for the Ovation
The Ovation is designed with a cable channel that allows you to route outside cables (such as for
telecommunications) to internal jukebox components. A wire-strain relief bracket provides slack
for cables inside the jukebox and also covers the opening to the cable channel to keep dust out.
In the following procedure, adjust this bracket to access the opening to the cable channel.
Note:
Only route cables in to and out of the jukebox through the provided cable channel
opening. Do not route cables through any other openings in the jukebox, such as air vents.
Otherwise, the jukebox may overheat and shut itself down.
To prepare for cable routing in the jukebox:
1. Identify the following components for the Ovation:
• The cable channel along the back of the jukebox.
