Configure Virtuo
After Virtuo is initialized, the Calibration screen appears.
Configuring Virtuo involves these steps:
1.
Perform an Auto-Adjust
2.
Calibrate the Touchscreen
3.
Select the Configuration Settings
4.
Select the Languages
5.
Choose the Virtuo Settings
6.
Choose the Calling Window and Connection Type
Perform an Auto-Adjust
To ensure that your display is centered properly on the screen, TouchTunes recommends that you perform an auto-
adjust before you calibrate the screen.
Virtuo’s touch screen is equipped with on-screen display (OSD) controls that enable you to change settings. Located
on the rear of the monitor are four buttons.
Auto-adjust button location
To perform an auto-adjust

Press the lower-most button in the cluster on the rear of the monitor.
The monitor resets, with the display centered on the screen.
NOTE
If there is a corruption in Virtuo’s ID chip or other serious error, the Calibration screen does not
appear and an error message appears.
