Connecting an External Audio Source

To connect an external audio source to Virtuo
To connect an external audio source to Virtuo, use a line-input DI box (part no. 700167-001).
Refer to this figure when performing this procedure.

1.
Connect the RCA connectors from one end of the audio cable to the left and right outputs on the external audio
device.
2.
Connect the other end of the audio cable to the left and right input RCA jacks on the DI box.
3.
Connect one end of a Cat 5 cable to the RJ45 output connector on the DI box.
4.
Open either of the cable access ports on the rear of Virtuo.
5.
Route the cable through the cable channel on the rear of the cabinet and then into Virtuo.
6.
Plug the other end of the Cat 5 cable into the port labeled
AUX
on the computer.
7.
Close the cable access channel.
