are cold, but not frozen, before 

processing. Cut into ¾ inch pieces 

and pulse until desired consistency 

is reached. Check every few

any large hard pits and seeds. Cut

Process up to 90g at a time.

Whipping

Process up to 230ml of refrigerated 

cream at a time.

 

Slicing/Shredding:

into feed tube solidly, filling to about

feed tube for longer shreds, or 

upright for shorter shreds.

Small round 

fruit and 

vegetables 

(strawberries, 

mushrooms, 

radishes etc.)

Cut into even pieces. Core and 

seed if necessary. To slice, pack

Long narrow 

vegetables

pieces upright in the feed tube, 

filling the tube so that they cannot 

tilt.
To shred: Cut into the largest 

lengths that will fit sideways in the 

feed tube. Stack in the tube until 

around 1 inch from the top. 

Iceberg 

lettuce, 

cabbage

Cut off the top and bottom, leaving 

just the centre section. Cut into 

wedges to fit into the feed tube. 

Remove the core and cut the top 

and bottom pieces into similar 

sized wedges.

Medium hard 

cheeses 

(Cheddar, 

Swiss etc)

Cut into pieces to fit the feed tube. 

Stand pieces in the feed tube use 

light pressure with the pusher.
