8.5.10 Digital Outputs 1 and 2 ON/OFF
Sets the distance levels at which the digital outputs are switched ON and OFF with a
hysteresis.
The input occurs with the resolution defined under parameter
, see
page 117.
Two different situations are possible:
ON Distance > OFF Distance
The ON switching point of the
hysteresis is larger than the OFF
switching
point.
With
an
increasing distance, the digital
output is switched on (open drain
output is closed) when the
distance
exceeds
the
ON
switching point. With a decreasing
distance, the digital output is
switched off (open drain output is
open) when the distance falls
below the OFF switching point.
ON Distance < OFF Distance
The ON switching point of the
hysteresis is smaller than the
OFF switching point. With a
decreasing distance, the digital
output is switched on (open
drain output is closed) when
the distance falls below the ON
switching
point.
With
an
increasing distance, the digital
output is switched off (open
drain output is open) when the
distance exceeds the OFF
switching point.
