Über die im Mess-System hinterlegte Messlänge und der programmierten Auflösung
wird die
Gesamtschrittzahl
über den gesamten Messbereich des Mess-Systems
festgelegt. Die Eingabe erfolgt in 0.001 mm Schritten.

6.4.4 Anzahl der Magnete
Über diesen Parameter wird die Anzahl der Magnete festgelegt, mit der das Mess-
System betrieben werden soll. Stimmt die Eingabe nicht mit der betriebenen Anzahl
der Magneten überein, wird der Daten-Status auf
BAD
gesetzt, siehe auch Kapitel
„Daten-Status“ auf Seite 41. Zusätzlich wird ein herstellerspezifischer Diagnosealarm
(
Konfigurationsfehler
) vom Mess-System an den Controller gesendet, siehe
auch Kapitel „PROFINET Diagnosealarm“ auf Seite 43. Der Daten-Status wechselt
automatisch auf
GOOD
, wenn die Konfiguration fehlerfrei ist.

6.4.5 Beobachter
Der Beobachter bewirkt eine mathematische Aufbereitung der Geschwindigkeits-
Messwerte. Bei hoher Mess-Dynamic ist der Messwert ohne jegliche mathematische
Nachbehandlung, was ein größeres Messwert-Rauschen zur Folge hat. Bei geringer
Mess-Dynamic ist das Messwert-Rauschen deutlich verringert, hat dadurch aber auch
Verzögerungen bei der Messwert-Berechnung zur Folge.
