Two-fall hoist:
Connect the carrying end of the chain with the chain
holder (3) and fix it in the guide rail of the housing.
Attach the reeving jaw (2) to the load hook (1) as shown
in Figure 3-7 for TT series hoists and Figure 3-7b for
TTR series hoists.
CAUTION:
• make sure that the suspension is correctly
positioned (dimension k2):
–
TT250/500 k2= 52 mm (figure 3-8)
–
TT1000 k2= 62 mm (figure 3-8)
–
TT1600 k2= 73 mm (figure 3-8)
–
TT2500 k2= 130 mm (figure 3-8b)
• Avoid twisting the chain lengthwise (see
Figure 3-9).
• Grease the bearings adequately.
