WARRANTY
The Supplier warrants to the
original purchaser only;
this power tool to be free from defects
in material and workmanship. Subject to certain exceptions, the Supplier will repair or replace
any part on an electric power tool which, after examination, is determined to be defective in
material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year after the date of purchase unless
otherwise noted. Return of the power tool to the Retailer, is required together with the proof of
purchase should be included with the returned product. This warranty does not apply to
damage that is determined to be from repairs made or attempted by anyone other than
authorized agents, misuse, alterations, abuse, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or
accidents. This warranty does not include items considered as consumables.
Statutory Rights
This warranty is in addition to and in no way affects your statutory rights.
