FEATURES
The TradeQuip Air/Hydraulic Long Chassis Garage Jack features a 'quick lift' foot pedal
mechanism with a handle locking facility that allows the handle to be locked in three
different height positions. Fitted with rear swivelling castor wheels and large saddle to aid
positioning under the vehicle, the jack incorporates safety overload and bypass valves to
prevent overloading.

ASSEMBLY
Assembly of Handle:
After removing from the packing material, make sure the product is
in perfect condition and that there are no visible damaged parts.
1.
Loosen the bolt on the handle socket
2.
Insert the handle
3.
Tighten the bolt
Bleed Air from the Garage Jack:
Air can accumulate within a hydraulic system during
shipment or after prolonged use. This entrapped air causes the jack to respond slowly or
feel “spongy”. To remove the air:
1.
Open the release valve by turning the release knob counter clockwise
2.
Depress the air actuator for air to pass through system
3.
Close the release valve by turning the release knob clockwise
4.
If the jack does not immediately respond, repeat steps 1-3
