Changing the Angle of the Radar Head
Should you need to, it is possible to adjust the angle of the radar head in the Speed Tracker. The radar head
is mounted on the back of the controller card in a rotating cradle. This cradle is held in place by two
thumbscrews. This allows the radar head to be rotated to a maximum angle of 12° below horizontal. This is
the default position for the radar head. However, it can be adjusted in order to improve the radar accuracy
should it be required.

To realign the radar head:
1.
Open the Speed Tracker.
2.
Disconnect the battery connectors to turn off the Speed Tracker.
3.
Loosen the thumbscrews on either side of the controller card.
4.
Manually adjust the radar head to the desired angle.
5.
Tighten the thumbscrews to hold the radar head at the desired angle.
6.
Connect the battery connectors.
7.
Close and lock the Speed Tracker.
