Installation - Refrigeration Tubes to Compressor
Power Pack Module Compressor Connections
NOTE: The compressor contains oil. Tip the compressor forward to
prevent oil from spilling and place rags under the fittings before
removing the protective caps to catch any oil. Replace any oil that is
spilled.
1. Locate the supplied suction and discharge copper tubes:
•
Remove the protective caps from the rear of the standby
compressor and from the ORS fittings on the refrigeration module
•
Install O-rings onto the ORS fittings on the refrigeration module
and attach the copper tubes onto the fittings and tighten securely.
•
Install O-rings onto the suction and discharge copper tube fittings
and attach the tubes to the rear of the compressor. Secure the tubes
to the compressor with the supplied manifold hold down bracket
and retaining screw and tighten securely.
•
Secure the tubes to the Power Pack module with the supplied
clamps, screws and flat washers.
