To adjust the temperatur e of your cabinet:

Press button SET 1 or SET 2, the symbol
appears.

Press the Probe button to make the previous setting appear.
•
Set the desired temperature using the SET 1 and SET 2 buttons.
•
Confirm your programming by pressing the Probe button.
The recommended control range for maturing your wine is from 42°F
to 64°F, the default setting is 54°F.
To operate correctly, your cabinet should be located in a room
with a temperature between 32°F and 95°F. A setting between 6°C and 9°C
is not recommended when the ambient temperature exceeds 25°C.
When there has been a significant modification in set temperatures, it can
take several hours for your wine cabinet to stabilise and display the desired
temperature.
6- Loading and layout advice
Layout
All shelves can be used in storage or sliding layout, with the exception of
the bottle rest shelf (see below)

Wooden locking pins in front holes: storage position
•
Wooden locking pins in rear holes: sliding position.
All shelves can be used as storage, sliding or presentation shelves. The
shelves in your cabinet have recesses*, so that you can store your bottles in
complete safety.
Configuration of a shelf in storage layout:
To install bottles on a storage shelf, carry out the following:
- Insert the shelf in the desired place.
- Place a wooden locking pin in each of the 2 holes located on the right
and left of the upper face, approximately 15 cm to the front of the
shelf: these pins secure the shelf to the thermoformed wall and
prevent any inappropriate movement (see diagram).
- Start by placing the bottles in each recess on the back row, with the
base of the bottle towards the back.
- Continue with the front row, placing the bottles in the opposite
direction.
