General Information
Our Residues Shredders are designed to cut various types of plant waste. The material is introduced into
the funnel, undergoes a shredding process, resulting into small particles.
TR-600
(no motor)
This model is sold with no motor, but its base allows
coupling to either an electric or a gasoline motor.
TR-600E
(driven by electric motor)
This model leaves factory equipped with a 15 cv
electric motor.
TR-600G
(driven by gasoline motor)
This model leaves factory equipped with a 16 HP
motor, together with a 30 AH 12 V maintenance-
free battery.
TR-600T
(TDP driven)
This model is driven by a shaft coupled to tractor
discharge power. Maximum revolution allowed is
540 rpm. Greater revolutions wear and damage
the equipment. Tractor motor minimum power
must be 20 HP.
TR-600RM
This model can be fitted to the model TR-600,
TR-600E, TR-600G together with long outlet pipe
and trailer set which can also be purchased as
accessories.
Attention!
Whenever cleaning or servicing, make sure
the equipment is off and unplugged, and
that blades are still. Make sure no one will
accidentally turn the tractor motor on.
Attention!
Frequently check if all screws are well
tightened, especially that of the counter
cutting blade. Always keep the counter-cutting
blade adjusted to assure good performance of
shredder.
Attention!
Caution: Gasoline is highly flammable.
Close the tank, tightening the lid securely to
avoid leaks.
Never fill the tank with motor running.
Turn off the motor before removing fuel cap.
Do not add gasoline while the motor is hot.
Operator’s requirements
All operators that use the equipment must
be competent, and have the following
characteristics:
Physical:
good sight, coordination and
capability to carry out all functions necessary
to use the machine.
Mental:
to be able to understand and apply
the standards and safety precautions herein.
Users must assure their own safety and of
others as well as avoid damage to equipment.
Education:
users must have read, studied
and understood this manual, graphs and
diagrams. They must be qualified and trained
to use or maintain the equipment.
