Attention!
Read all instructions herein before operating
the equipment. Always observe and follow
safety instructions to prevent accidents and/
or injuries.
Residues Shredders models TR-600/600E/600G
and 600T are designed to cut trimmed wood
residues, branches, chips, bushes, wood of
diameter up to 10 cm, package residues and other
wooden structures free from nails, wire or other
metals. Any other use poses a risk to the integrity
of the machine and to the safety of the operator.
Important:
Recently trimmed material must
dry a little before being shredded. It increases
the performance of the shredder, providing
better residue composting.
The equipment must be installed in an open,
well-ventilated environment on solid, flat
ground.
Keep children and spectators away. People,
especially children, must remain at a safe
distance from the working area - 30m - when
the equipment is being used. The operator/
user is responsible for accidents that may
occur.
Do not allow people to touch the machine
while being used or transported.
Do not lubricate, clean or adjust movable
components while they are moving or when
the machine is being lifted.
When maintaining or adjusting the equipment,
do not use your hands in operations that can
be done with specific tools.
Do neither use bad tools nor use them
inadequately (e.g. pliers instead of wrenches,
etc.).
Before servicing hydraulic lines under
pressure, switch their components off, making
sure the line is not under pressure and the
liquid in not hot.
After maintenance or repair, make sure tools,
cloths or other materials/objects were not left
inside gaps or guides with movable parts.
When using the equipment, only one person
must give instructions and signalize the
direction of loads.
Maximum diameter of branches to be fed
must be 10 cm.
Remove weird objects such as metal, glass or
stones before turning machine on.
Just remove protection lid when machine
comes to a stop.
Turn shredder on and wait for maximum
revolution to be reached to insert materials.
TRAPP is not responsible for damages caused
due to failure to observe the instructions in
this manual.
