7.1 Disassembly
To disassemble your Travelux Tiempo scooter, follow the instructions below;
•
You must first remove the basket. You do this by standing in front of the tiller of the scooter
and move the basket in an upward movement.
•
Remove the seat. To do this, push on the lever on the right side of the seat and rotate the seat
to the right (see photo 10). You should then be able to lift off the seat.
•
Take off the battery pack. To do this, grab the handle on top of the battery pack and lift it
upwards. For easy removal please ensure the battery clamp has been loosened (see photo 11).
•
Fold down the tiller by using the star knob located right of the tiller. Move the tiller
downwards until it is completely folded down.
•
Tighten the star knob to lock the tiller in this folded down position.
•
Separate the front frame from the back of the scooter, by pulling the lever (see photo 16).
•
Lift the front frame upwards to separate the scooter (see photo 17).

7.1.2 Assembly
To assemble your Travelux Tiempo scooter, follow the instructions below;
•
Lift the front frame upwards using the handle on the rear frame. Pull the tiller up. This is done
by loosening the star knob located right of the tiller. Once in desired position tighten the star
knob to lock the tiller.
•
Insert the battery pack and re-attach the basket.
•
Place the seat back on the scooter. You must ensure the seat is straight up by holding the seat
post upright. The scooter should now be ready for use.

The Travelux Tiempo scooter is designed to be easily transported by car. The tiller can be folded down
and the front frame can be separated from the rear frame. The basket of the scooter and the seat are
also removable for even more compact transportation.
