How can I pass Windows Active Directory Simple authentication?
Configure the User ID as a full UPN (user principle name) such as account@realm or
domain\account.
Why do I not see a IPMI log when the operating system reboots?
There is no log entry added when the operating system reboots. A log entry is only
created for hard reset or when the device powers down.
Why does the agent not install to an endpoint successfully?
Network VirusWall does not support installation of agents to Windows 95 and NT4.
Can blocked files be transferred?
FTP and HTTP blocked files can be transferred again when Network VirusWall
Enforcer 2500 drops the connection after time-out. (10 minutes.)
Why does HTTPS traffic not redirect to the block page?
This version of the device does not support decryption of encrypted HTTPS traffic.
Will the installed agent that has been removed from Task Manager in
Windows 2003 be reinstalled?
If the endpoint matches a policy, then the agent will reinstall. Otherwise, the endpoint
will not have an agent installed.
Will Network VirusWall Enforcer 2500 block activities with socks4
and socks5?
This version of the device does not block IM activities with socks4 and socks5.
Can I type a DBCS URL link as the Redirect URL or Exception URL?
This version of the device does not support DBCS URL links.
